  • Install a service:
     
    update-rc.d {{mysql}} defaults
     
  • Enable a service:
     
    update-rc.d {{mysql}} enable
     
  • Disable a service:
     
    update-rc.d {{mysql}} disable
     
  • Forcibly remove a service:
     
    update-rc.d -f {{mysql}} remove
