• Colorize one or more ranked digraph (that were already processed by dot):
   
  gvcolor {{path/to/layout1.gv}} {{path/to/layout2.gv ...}} > {{path/to/output.gv}}
   
• Lay out a graph and colorize it, then convert to a PNG image:
